By using www.cyberexcuse.com ("the Service"), operated by CyberExcuse ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You may register with an email address, mobile number or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. One person per account; you must provide accurate information.

2. Memberships & billing

• Paid memberships are billed in Indian Rupees on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as shown at purchase) via Razorpay, including UPI Autopay mandates where you authorise them.
• Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You can cancel anytime — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may change tier pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

3. Content and conduct

• All content on the Service is owned by CyberExcuse or its contributors and is protected by copyright. Personal, non-commercial reading and sharing of links is welcome; republication requires written permission.
• Membership grants access for your personal use only. Sharing paid content or account credentials to circumvent the paywall is prohibited and may result in termination.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the Service.

4. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
