Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling a membership

  • You can cancel your paid membership at any time by emailing cyberexcuse@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel membership" from your registered email, or from your account page where available.
  • Cancellation stops all future charges (including UPI Autopay mandates).
  • Your paid access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for — no immediate loss of access.

Refunds

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g. charged twice for the same period) are refunded in full.
  • First-time monthly subscriptions: if you cancel within 48 hours of your first charge and haven't extensively used paid content, we'll refund that charge on request — we'd rather you leave happy.
  • Yearly subscriptions: refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 14 days.
  • One-time support contributions ("tips") are voluntary and non-refundable, except for duplicate or erroneous transactions.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) by Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

How to request

Email cyberexcuse@gmail.com with the subject "Refund", your registered email/mobile, and the payment date or order ID. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
